The agreement between you and Zyiion Health™

Plain-language terms covering your account, your household, subscriptions and the important limits of a wellness platform.

1. Wellness, not medical care

Zyiion Health™ is a wellness education, coaching and tracking platform. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not create a provider-patient relationship. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional about your health.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be 18 or older to create an account; child and teen profiles must be created and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Household accounts

A household owner may invite family members and manage child profiles. Household owners are responsible for how they share information within their household and for obtaining appropriate consent from adult members.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access other members' data, upload unlawful content, or use Zyiion Health™ to provide medical services to third parties.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; access to paid features continues through the end of the current billing period.

6. Content and intellectual property

Zyiion Health™, its name, logos and platform content are owned by Zyiion Health™ and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. You retain ownership of the health information you enter.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyiion Health™ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, or for decisions made without consulting a qualified healthcare professional.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email before they take effect.
